Below is another service that the business of cleaning foreclosure can offer.

The second type of business is a pool service. Whenever a house is foreclosed, its pool has to be either refinished or covered. If it is not covered, the stagnant water will attract mosquitoes and become a health risk for the children and pets in the neighborhood.

Banks, real estate agents and owners require cleaners to fix pools in homes. The charge is about 400 USD as per a pool cleaner.

The fourth type is the property preservation business. This is a full-fledged cleaning and servicing business and it has to take care of the lender’s property till the time it is sold. It is involved in various activities like maintaining lawn, removing junk, fixing the broken windows and many more.

The fifth type of business concerns relating the professionals who are board up. These men board the admission points of those foreclosed houses. They mend doors and windows. It is done to prevent criminals and vagabonds from entering the foreclosed belongings.

Actually, this is a type of additional tune-up for businesses which already handle the cleaning of foreclosures.
