In real world, so many people face foreclosure life. Someone who is facing foreclosure life can become particularly worrying. They will have so many new issues. A scam artist comes out of the woodwork and they may presents some renegotiate arrangements to homeowners. One of the latest examples for scam artists happened in San Diego known as Land Grant Scheme. People facing foreclosure were misled by the scam artists by convincing them that their land would be carried out to the Federal government. Once it is done in your land, you can’t do any action on this land. It will never happen in another 100 years.

• Someone who offer you to rent your house back when you are ready

• Someone like lenders is offering you to borrow more than you required.

• Beware of some agencies who are counseling through phone services are charging huge amount.

Foreclosure rescue scams are of three kinds. It includes phantom help, bailout and the bait and switch.

Phantom help means some liberator charging for light duty phone calls or paper works none of which in fact saves your home and just gives some fake hope and stops you from consulting authorized agencies.

In a bailout, the liberator misleads you to believe that still be the renter and be able to buy it in future. The terms are so cunning and tedious that means buy back is impracticable and you loose the property eventually giving scammers to all the rights to sell your property without your consent. So if you are signing any paper do consult with an attorney.

In Bait and Switch they force you to give up ownership of your property disguising you to sign documents which are actually temporary loans. They do this in such a way that you don realize that you have been scammed until you are dispossessed.

Most importantly, homeowners should consult an experience Real Estate Attorney. They can evaluate your situation and advise you on the legal consequences of any action you are looking at taking. Consulting a Real Estate Lawyer is especially important if you are considering a method to beat foreclosure. Scammers will try every possible way to cut off the homeowners from legal authorities and prevent them from getting exact information. You will have to pay a huge amount if you fall into their trap and too late to realize it.
