It appears that the federal program started by the government is making good impression to foreclosure crisis. The Obama administration is doing the best that they can to help families suffering from foreclosure. This is the main reason why there are lots of federal programs created by the government, but the truth is that this federal program cannot help all American citizen suffering from foreclosure. Expert says that the government tactics are helping many people suffering from this economic problem. The crisis in foreclosure has been affecting the entire American economy for couple of years now. The crisis placed a heavy downward pressure when it comes to value of home and the national economy.

The indications of the growing problem when it comes to foreclosure are strong enough for business to pull out their investment. Lack of new investors has made the crisis worse. There are no new jobs for people and layoffs are all over the country, this is the main reason why many families for the last couples of years suffered from foreclosure. The foreclosure crisis is only located in lower incomes areas during the past 12 months. The unemployment rate in these areas is very high. The crisis has broadened its area and the increasing number of families affected increases. It is now affecting every income level within the society. Even those people who live in fancy residences are affected by the crisis. Small and large houses are now being foreclosed. The main cause of this crisis according to experts are poor lending practices by most lending companies and banks. The overly aggressive mortgage loans are written under improper lending criteria.

With the use of the increasing number of refinances available through government subsidized programs, it greatly helped out huge number of homeowners facing foreclosure problem. The growing number people who are unemployed are still one of the primary hindrances to slow down the number of homes in default. The foreclosure crisis will still continue if the level of employed people does not increase significantly in the next years to come. The government programs are helping huge number of homeowners to ease their foreclosure problem.

Mortgage holders who are not employed can secure temporary federal program to aid for their mortgage payment. They do not have to leave their home and live on the street. They do now have an option and this is because of the federal programs created by the government. All the states that are hardly hit by the foreclosure crisis such as Nevada, California, and Florida are now receiving their government subsidies for those homeowners who are at risk of experiencing foreclosure problem. These families are being administered by state’s housing finance agencies.

The project is for reducing the volume of families at risk of foreclosure. By doing this preventive measure, the population foreclosed houses will definitely slowdown. The problem of unemployment is still happening and this should be addressed by the government sooner. This is to really fight the diseases that effecting majority of Americans nowadays.
