Due to the current financial crisis of the world most people have mortgaged their properties to the banks or financial institutes and they are facing to a risk of losing their properties do to the foreclosures. Anyway, they are always trying to make arrangements to pay back these mortgages to banks as they want to keep their homes or properties with themselves accordingly. However according to the researched made on the same, it has clearly showed that most people have lost their homes due to this foreclosure situation and most of them have been sold at a very low price accordingly.

Anyway as per the records, thousands of New York families have lost their foreclosed homes due to this situation and the foreclosure bill has brought in to the law. And the government also turning their back on these families and it the worst position on the scenario as these families are helpless on this point. So the Politicians must act on this immediately as now this has been a major problem of the community.

Also the situation is same as with the California and the government should act on this immediately. Otherwise it will make a massive disaster to the society. Anyway the respective parties are always looking for better options to keep the condition under controlled in their states. In order to do this process, they have made several proposals which are not finalized at the moment. Anyhow, they are hoping to get them finalized shortly as controlling this foreclosure bill is a must to keep the flaw of the society accordingly.

Mainly these plans include with write off some of the old foreclosure funds and it will be a good chance to the people who are in trouble with this foreclosure bill. Also they are suggesting reworking on these existing loans which is really good for both lender and the property owner. However the decision is currently on hold and if this is finalized shortly, then it will be a good chance to both parties to solve this foreclosure matter in a very short time.

However the government needs to step in to the scene on urgent basis as if it is not this foreclosure will be a massive problem in the society. Therefore currently the relevant parties have made the necessary arrangements to get the support of government accordingly. However the foreclosure owners always looking for better options for them to keep their business under control.

Anyway, if the current proposals get approved by respective parties, then both parties will have to work on a mutual understanding for a short time till the process operates properly. During this time both parties have to stay control and they need to work according to the process & it will give good results for both parties accordingly. Also this will be a good chance to the people who are willing to reorganize their loans & mortgages which they currently having problems while paying them back.
