Bank Homes For Sale

House For Sale - Bank Owned
You can check any bank at any location in the United States of America and you will find an overabundance of bank homes for sale. Residences that once were filled with loving families and pets now sit idle on streets and roads across this great land. Homes that are now owned by the bank because, for what ever issues or reason, the family was unable to maintain making the payments to keep the property out of foreclosure and so the bank evicted them and retained ownership of the property.

I could say that the amount of bank homes for sale has doubled in the last twelve months. But the truth is that statement would be a lie. It is a lot more than that and I don’t even want to know what the figure is because it would be too depressing to see. Just knowing that across the country you will find mobile homes, modular homes, old farm homesteads, modest single family dwellings, old construction, new construction, acreage plots with nice homes on them, cavernous mansions with large pools and gorgeous landscaping and views that won’t quit overlooking mountains, lakes, streams and flatland and snuggled nicely in the urban landscape. And knowing that you will find a representation of each and every one of them located on a list of bank homes for sale is enough to make almost anyone nauseous and / or angry.

Bank Homes For Sale
The fact that banks own foreclosed homes is not a new concept in the USA. Homes have reached foreclosure status here since the dawn of lending here and it will no doubt continue long after we die because it is the accepted way of doing things here. You will notice that what is new that the rapidity with which this is happening with the current sate of financial affairs facing this nation and the world.

It used to take months for some states to hit 100 foreclosures. Now that happens in hours so the bank homes for sale list grows. There are new homes being added to the list every second of every hours of every day. And we are not talking about a home or two but hundreds and thousands of them across the country.

The isolated incident has now become the commonplace event and everyone in this country, almost without exception, knows of at least one family personally that has had to endure the indignity of a home repossession since the start of the current situation with the lending institutions.
Banks are expanding their lists of property and as the list of bank homes for sale continues to drain the free capitol from the working funds at the banks, the credit crunch deepens which in turn causes the other folks to be unable to get or maintain the credit needed to keep and get good jobs to maintain mortgage payments and so the cycle widens and repeats and more names and homes are added to the daily list of economic casualties of the mortgage fiasco.
